The Audio Origami PU7 Alloy Tonearm is one of the finest affordable tonearms available. Engineered to exacting standards, the arm is the perfect partner for high-end, low-medium compliance cartridges and provides a beautifully neutral conduit between your cartridge and the phono stage.
With a minimal yet bulletproof design, the PU7 Alloy delivers a pure, unaltered signal thanks to the high-grade materials employed in its base, armtube, headshell and cabling. The armtube is damped with our unique Meta Material Armtube Damping System, (M.M.A.D.S.), 3D printed from an ultra-light and ultra-rigid material which provides perfect damping and keeps the internal cabling from touching any part of the armtube.
The 12 inch version of the PU7 Alloy has almost identical characteristics to the 9 inch, but adds more dramatic dynamics and benefits from the ability to track the groove better, as you expect from longer arms. The Audio Origami PU7 Alloy is bead-blasted, brightened and anodised in a choice of satin silver or satin black and silver allowing you to choose the finish that suits your turntable.
It looks great, sounds ridiculously pure, and once you hear it on your turntable, it will likely be the last tonearm you ever buy.
The internal cabling is supplied by Cardas and is wired to a Zavfino1877 DIN connector allowing you to choose your preferred tonearm cable.
